Apartments are clean, spacious, and well priced. The grounds are beautiful: most buildings overlook the courty Read Moreard with trees, an outdoor pool, picnic tables/grill area, and a little pond with a forest behind it. It's very quiet, you can't hear the traffic on Stadium. Maintenance is great, when our fridge stopped working, they replaced it within two hours. Only bad thing is the poor windows: the screens have gaps and we're completely infested with Stingbugs. The windows are very drafty.

Great value for what the place is. Somewhat noisy during the night from certain individuals. Parking can be a Read Moremess since there isn't any designated parking. Otherwise, it isn't a bad place to temporarily live.
