Buildings are old and there are hassles that go along with that. They unfairly charged us for using the 'wrong Read More white paint' when we moved out. Although we did use some of their recommended paint (which is $40 a gallon) and it perfectly matched the more inexpensive paint we bought. Air conditioning RARELY worked. They did stop by to look at it a few times but never went further than that. Just telling us it was old and it was too hot outside. (On third floor was more than once over 90 degrees.)

Good location, buildings were in average repair but management was very helpful as well.
