The area was nice, the apartment was clean and the staff was great to deal with. I was disappointed that I ne Read Moreeded to pay a higher rent because of the short term lease.

The community is very respectable especially to its level of noise which is appropriate at a specific time and Read More place. The environment is safe and friendly with minimal disturbances.

The choice of internet service is poor. We shouldn't be limited to a certain provider. Also there should be la Read Moreundry rooms in each building. Laundry is an inconvenience.

Were sorry that youve found our laundry rooms inconveniently placed, as we want all of our residents to be able to take advantage of this fantastic feature. It wasn't necessarily an amazing or horrible move in, fairly easy going. Some problems did occur at move-in ( Read Moreheater was leaking fluid which soaked the stuff I had dragged into my closet while moving in, but maintenance was quick to come over and investigate the problem and resolve the issue. It looks like the filter needed to be replaced). It is great convenience to have a washer, dryer, and dishwasher, but some appliances are starting to show their age and are in desperate need of updating.
