Ratings & Reviews
They increase rent yearly without making changes to the actual apartment. They are also late when it comes to Read Moreimportant maintenance things like heat and air conditioning. I wouldn't recommend this apartment to my enemy. If you have children check the school ratings because there worst then some flint public schools.

They changed managers and maintenance people too often. Very slow about fixing things. The pool, was not fixed Read More in the two years I lived there. Found out, it hasn't worked in 10 years. Homeless man was sleeping outside my door, police were called and I was written up for making my company sleep in the stairwell. I didn't know the guy. I did not receive my free month the first year and was told I would get it the last month before I moved out. They tried to sue me for that month's rent

The time I spent at sugartree was nothing less then frustrating there are minor problems left and right, that Read Moreu have little to no chance of haveing maintence fix it. And when I come to larger problems like a leek in your roof dont expect much more then a bucket.
