We enjoyed living at the Reserves, at the time we lived there, the office staff were very unprofessional. Howe Read Morever, when we moved out they were changing ownership and the new staff seemed much more competent. The pool was awesome, and the upkeep on the facilities was great.

Overall experience was very good. There were a lot of staff changes during my two years there, which made for Read Moreconfusion. Also, the office was not always open during hours they said it would be. And electric bills were out of control.

They purposely only rent to low income individuals even though their prices are above what they can afford. Kn Read Moreowing their residents get help from th government........ They purposely jack up th electric costs by including the outside lighting in tenant bills.

lets start with office personnel, I find the manager and his assistant very attentive
to their duties, cord
Read Moreial, and responsive.

Maintenance of the grounds is an on going process! i receive you have a large turnover in this department i assume! But it does need more training and a sense of urgency in there response time.

As far as the grounds! Are kept up by a professional lawn service.

the dumpster area needs a solution from being blown all around.
