The apartment was outdated. The grounds were very pretty with walking trails and ponds. The other residents se Read Moreemed pleasant. We never had any problems with our neighbors! The rent is pretty high though. The staff was friendly, and they did a lot of cook outs and events for the residents. However, the parking lots were often times full! The maintaince was quick to respond and kept the grounds and pool pretty well maintained.

If there was a play area for kids that would be a big plus. Although management has no control over neighbor's Read More residents actions, they should periodically check parking spaces including handicap parking. Where my building is located, some residents park in the handicap space that don't has a permit.

While I have always appreciated the community gatherings I feel like more attention around the ability to make Read More our places nicer as we are asked to pay more in rent every time we renew yet receive the same service and amenities as the prior lease. For example, new appliances or just removing the ugly shrubbery (even if I have to cut it down myself) so that I could enjoy sitting on the patio during the summer.

There is not enough room in this box for my initial complaints. I will give a brief list instead. 1) Rent wa Read Mores raised every year by nearly $100 each time! 2) See complaint #1 again. 3) they added coin laundry machines which frequently took money without working 4) the grounds were littered with dog feces bc there was no cleanup/cleanup was not adequately enforced. 3) my shower was inadequately fixed and was very difficult to operate. 4)every year there is a parking lot fiasco.

Apartments are very well maintained. Excellent management: Apartment manager Maria is very responsive toward Read Mores tenants' need. All the time they are trying to improve the quality of living for residents.
