My upstairs neighbors walk around a lot and they are heavy footed. Two of my neighbors have visitors with chi Read Moreldren and they are loud in the hallway. My apartment is dark (due to being first floor under a balcony) and often chilly. And I never know when I will get hot water in the tap. Sometimes it's hot right away and other times I can run the water for quite awhile and it does not get hot. And sometimes the water pressure decreases and when it does, the water is a white filmy color.

The kitchen appliances and cupboards need to be updated ; the kitchen sink , the master bathroom tub, and both Read More bathroom faucets need to be replaced. The rent is expensive. The inside of the building is not cleaned very well by the company that cleans it biweekly, the walls are dirty, the carpet was recently cleaned, poor job . I wish there was a clubhouse that could be utilized by tenants for social activities. I have renewed my lease with no regrets.

Courteous, efficient, and quick service by staff and maintenance. I appreciated the installation of the "over Read More the stove" fire extinguishers for the safety of all residents. Beautiful location. Relatively safe environment.
