Location is great, close to everything you need. Apartment was clean when I moved in and was a great value for Read More the rental price. Overall happy experience I would recommended to someone looking for an affordable place to live in Okemos.

Cedar Creek is a terrible place to live. The apartment was not ready on the date I was scheduled to move in. Read More When I did, it was filthy and painting had not been completed. There was a fruit fly infestation. Residents don't clean up after their dogs. The walls are paper thin. The office staff is rude. They would periodically enter the apartment under the pretense of doing improvements but it was just an excuse to check up on residents (they never actually did improvements or check for leaks)

As with any multifamily home, it is important to keep up on routine maintenance and continuously check for improvements. Do you still live at Cedar Creek? The management is very bad! Bad communication, organization. I guess you get what you pay for! The apartments Read Morewere prices very reasonable but it's not great for a college student environment. There are so many families and the walls are very thin that you hear all the fights, arguments, movies, everything the neighbors are saying and even people across the hall.

We know it can be difficult to share walls with neighbors who may not have your same expectation of acceptable daily noise. While much of the noise experienced in an apartment setting is generally the sounds of everyday living, some residents step outside the guidelines. When this occurs, we encourage residents to contact the leasing office at (517)-349-3134 or our after-hours emergency service at (800) 675-5040. A maintenance person will investigate and determine the best course of action.
Old buildings, poor maintanence, no play area for children, manegment is rude, no light fixtures in living roo Read Morem or bed rooms, no insulation in walls, windows are old and falling out. I hate living here, rent is way to high, washer and dryers don't work well in building and they act like they don't care you pay to do your laundry and it's hardly clean or dry.
