The location is great, 5 minutes to downtown Plymouth and close to major highways. The apartments are a nice s Read Moreize and have nice floor plans. The grounds are kept looking attractive and maintenance requests are handled promptly. The management staff seems to generally care about tenants and are very approachable and friendly.

Poor snow removal, baseboard heating often not working correctly, is chilly, overpriced for accomidations, ton Read Mores of bugs which in all fairness is due To location, backed up To park, which is nice

We take great efforts to keep our walks and drives as clear as possbile from snow and ice accumulations. We are sorry that we were unable to meet your expectations. Maintenance technicians are available 24/7 to respond to any emergency such as a heating problem. Recently we completed several updates to the boiler system; hopefully any recurring issues are resolved now.
Facilities are nice, staff is caring and efficient. However, my rent went up after one year, my neighbors are Read Morecrazy, and my heat goes out at least once every winter.

We know it's hard to share walls with other families who have different schedules and lifestyles. We do have a set policy in place for responding to excessive noise disruptions, including 24/7 investigation response from our emergency services team.
