      Very outdated apartment that is starting to fall apart. Apartment was not cleaned at all prior to my move in a Read Morend previous tenant left the place in a disgusting mess. Had to spend over $100 in cleaning supplies and many hours to clean the one bedroom apartment. This spring my roof leaked and came through the bedroom ceiling. Maintenance has yet to come and take a look at it. Heating is electric and gets expensive as the place is not very well insulated. Cheap rent for a reason.

      Very nice property. Only complaint is old heating/cooling system. Desperately needs to be updated. Summers are Read More extremely hot and winters are extremely cold and your DTE bill will be upwards of three hundred dollars per month. I have contacted the office regarding this and was told that was a below average price to be paying at that time of the year. I still requested that maintenance come and look and again was told the same thing.
