Office staff is very friendly and attentive. The grounds are also kept up very nicely.

Our complaints began during the very beginning of living in our new apartment, when we went three days with no Read More hot water. One of the biggest hassles for us, and our guests, is the moat outside of our apartment. You can choose between wadding through an ankle deep puddle or walking though the soggy grass next to the sidewalk, or you have the choice between skating across the ice or walking through the snow next to the sidewalk. During heavy snow and ice, the sidewalks are not maintained.

There was a few unresolved issues while I was there and no one in management took ownership of them. The commu Read Morenity itself was decent there's always one bad apple in the bunch that will ruin it for it everyone.
