The staff was excellent to work with. When my furnace stopped working, the maintenance staff was there with i Read Moren 1/2 hour. The only thing I was disappointed in was the flooding of our street (Victoria Ct) and how long it took to get the road repaired and the mess cleaned up. I know the weather did not cooperate with the clean up.

Very quiet and any maintenance issues are resolved within a day or two. Laundry facilities in the building wit Read Moreh coin-operated washers and driers. Be aware that smoking is allowed in this complex and occasionally cigarette smoke can be smelled in other apartments and outside of smokers' doors.

The office has been extremely helpful anytime I have had any issues. My only complaint is the low quaility of Read More construction of the buildings, but you get what you pay for, so it is understandable.

The insulation is poor so you will always have bugs. The walls are thin so you will always hear your neighbors Read More fighting which in this complex is constant. The garbage dumpsters are always over flowing with garbage. In the winter the plower piles up all of the snow into the parking spaces so there is no place to park. You run out of hot water after 5 minutes. The counters, tub and bathroom sink are impossible to clean as they are painted. The shower head sprays EVERYWHERE. They are overpriced.

This apartment complex is pet friendly, even to larger breeds, which is the sole reason I chose to live there. Read More Because that is the case, I feel ALL of the tenants, whether they themselves have pets or not, should be accepting of this fact. I had a terrible neighbor that would leave me harsh/derogatory notes about my dog barking 'all day long' when in fact she would bark at passers-by that she could see out the window. This did NOT happen often, and it did NOT last longer than a couple barks.
