The appliances are very outdateded, the are not interested in replacing them unless yours doesn't work even wh Read Moreen they are very costly to the the resident as far as gas and electric are concerned. It is very hard to contact the office at times, the phone rings to the call center alot.

Poor office support, maintance is not timely or helpful. Outdated appliances. Good and safe location, quiet Read Moreneighborhood and close to many stores and restaurants.

The layout is good. Huge mater bedroom closet. Neighbors are quiet and I hear nothing (noise, TV, walking arou Read Morend, etc.) coming from surrounding apartments. The place is old so there are a lot of cosmetic issues. Slow maintenance service. Took almost a year to get my kitchen cabinets replaced and still waiting for bedroom door to be replaced. Lawn get brown in mid summer-it is never watered.

You will be charged on TOP of your monthly rent for: Waste removal/Water. Water seems to be based not on your Read Moreunits consumption but rather on everyones consumption for the building. Ran tests for a 3 month period and found no common denominator. Weird rules, for example, you're encouraged to dress up your entryway but I was given a warning/notice that my decor for a holiday was Too Excessive ! Could have resulted in a fine. Neighbors were quiet. Maintenance help line is ridiculously set up.

The appliances work but are dated; kitchen and bathroom counters have a glaze on them. Any spot is difficult t Read Moreo get out; bathrooms are smaller than I hoped for. On average, must call more than once to get maintenance to fix something.
