Standard leases are currently 12 month leases. 3-6 month lease agreement on furnished (corporate) apartment. $200 non-refundable pet fee for a cat or dog. $25.00/$50.00 additional per month . Small dog only - up to 50 lbs., 2 small dogs with a combined maximum weight of 50 lbs., two cats, or a cat and a dog(max weight for dog 50 lbs.).
