Roseville, Mich., is a city in Macomb County that is located in the southeastern part of the state. It is considered part of the Metro Detroit area and is approximately a half-hour drive from Detroit itself. Roseville is strategically positioned along the routes of two major interstate highways - I-94, which vertically bisects the city, and I-696, which cuts through the area from east to west. This event is held every September in Harrison Township, which is approximately nine miles from Roseville. These include the Detroit Institute of Arts, the Motown Historical Museum and the Charles H. Wright Museum of African American History, as well as the city's three casinos. Meanwhile, sports fans can visit Comerica Park, Ford Field and the Joe Louis Arena to cheer on the city's baseball, football and ice hockey teams.
