Great value for the square footage. Got a noise complaint by letter and mail for a weekend I wasn't even at my Read More apartment. Called in, contested, was told the complaint was dropped. Decide at that moment to move after lease ends, but started to be super careful and quiet just out of low self esteem. Got a single letter (only mail) not sure how much later saying I was going to be evicted after my 6 mo. lease ends. Literally threw no parties and listened to the tv really quietly during that whole time period. Honestly not sure if someone was out to get me or if they were actually hearing a different apartment. I only got one warning (that I very much heeded), and then straight to eviction. Don't feel badly for me; the joke is most certainly on them. I am an ambassador for General Motors. Literally have all these young kids out of college asking me where to live in the area. My answer: anywhere but Amber. Side note: they left some gross grunge in my sink for a whole day because they couldn't fix it. Email me if you want a picture of it it's gross. Also the people in the main office are "ok". They are tolerable/not horrible. You'll never leave the office feeling super stoked as if you are having a great day. Lockouts cost 35$ and it takes the guy 1 hour to get to you so make sure you don't mess that up. It was my first apartment, but I'm not going to be too bummed. I feel like it can really only go up from here.

Big gaping holes under windows let in bugs and was very energy inefficient. Bathroom ceiling falling in. maint Read Moreenance issues didn't get addressed, the place had a dust and dirt coating from many years of not being cleaned for future tenants, they didn't even paint upon move in.Not worth what they're charging for it. Not very helpful -inexperienced office staff. No privacy- maintenance comes in with no notice and leasing agents bring future tenants through the whole last month that you pay for.
