Great modern appliances, exceptional quick maintenance, and no hastle management. One time I messed up my auto Read Morematic payment and they waived all late fees and everything. The view of the golf course is great and all the neighbors are very friendly. Typical young-professional population.

Great location, reasonably priced, very nice apartment with hardwood floors and new appliances. Dog friendly. Read More Neighbors are nice. I only have two criticisms: 1.) Major problems since the day we moved in until the present. We've been here 11 months, and we've had several p Read Moreroblems, most of which still haven't been addressed or fixed. There is water damage in every room, and most rooms have water leaking somewhere, whether it's in the ceiling, the walls, or under the floor boards.
