    We offer 6 & 12 month leases only with a security deposit of $500. Pet Policy: No dogs. Cats, small birds and fish only are permitted. Cats must be spayed/neutered. Limit: one (1) cat per apartment unit. No additional pet fees apply. Must sign pet agreement.

    The heat was always on in my apartment.....I had to leave the windows open because it would become unbearable Read Morein the unit. I called several times to have this fixed and was basically told it was working fine. I even tried disconnecting the thermostat to try to get it to shut off.

    Nothing was ever fixed when I contacted the management team for assistance. They would either come and kind of Read More fix it, or not come at all. When they did come, it was because I called at least five times. Further, when they switched management teams, residents were not informed.

    Horrible people. Never gave me my deposit back and I didn't even do anything to damage the apartment. I always Read More paid my rent. It was late a couple times, but I had informed the manager and she said it was fine.
