Leasing Terms

We offer 12 month leases only with a security deposit of $400 for a one bedroom, $500 for a two bedroom apartment, and $600 for a two bedroom townhouse with approved credit. Pet Policy: No dogs. Cats and fish only permitted. Limit: two (2) cats per apartment unit. No additional pet fees apply. Must sign pet agreement.

The main building suffers from poor insulation and very old single pane windows. You can hear your neighbors s Read Moreneez. Having lived in many apartments over the years this one rates below average for sound travel. With all that said , the price was fair and location was great . It is not a five star rental ,but if you know that going into it I guess it's worth it. Location is key with this one. One of the most affordable rentals in the area.courteous staff and maintenance comes when needed.

Although the buildings are older, the size of the units is great. Repair concerns are taken care of extremely Read More quick and in efficient-manner. Both of the managers employed by the owners have been great to work with in the 3 years-plus I have lived here. Easy to talk to; always approachable and available to speak with during business hours.

They need to do a better job cleaning the carpet. I never felt comfortable walking on the carpet because it a Read Morelways look like it was cat pp on the carpet. They could seal up better where pipes ae under the sinks it like something could easily come through the hole. A squirrel did get in my apartment and I have no idea how the squirrel go into my apartment. I just came home one day and seen in running around and I was only there for about 1 week and that made me uncomfortable.

I had a bathroom ceiling repair that took almost two months when it should have been a 2-3 days job and was no Read Moret compensated for the time that the bathroom was not useable.
