You can't beat their prices for the Royal Oak area. I'd say that's the only pro of this complex. That and the Read Morepool. But you do pay what you get for.
Units are outdated, THIN walls, and no laundry machines in the units. The windows are cheap and do not filter any noise and are poor insulation.
The BIGGEST complaint is they don't turn on the heat until a specific date. You better buy yourself a space heater if you rent here. Overall rating would be 2/10. Had a lot of sleepless nights here.

The pool was always dirty, the airconditioning unit didn't work, and even though I sent a letter confirming I' Read Mored be moving out at my lease renewal period, I was charged for the next two months. They take a long time to plow when it snows, as well. Don't live here.

I lived in a unit on the first floor where birds lived in the overhang in front of my door. . .for two years I Read More had bird droppings all over my sidewalk constantly. . .and on my windows. The caretaker never cleaned it up. . .I had to do it myself and it was difficult. Also, the parking situation was terrible. . . .visitors could park in the close spaces and most of the time us residents had to walk a long way with our groceries, etc . . . .permanent parking spot would have been nice.
