Management was terrible and they fail to take care of their property adequately. They do not give proper noti Read Morece and will enter property without notice and break things, repair things not requested and destroy property.

The townhome itself is nice. One of my neighbors is really loud. The walls are somewhat thin and sometimes you Read More can smell what a neighbor is cooking. My overall stay was ok. I would have stayed if the rent didnt jump up $30 every year.

Grounds keeping is not good and especially in the winter. Snow is not kept clean and salt is not put down in a Read More timely mannor. This should be don if it is still snowing or not early in the morning so kids do not have to get through it and people going to work should not have to clear it.
There needs to be a place for the kids to go play that is not around other peoples appartments as the screen loud, runaround and kick ball as well as through trash and no one to keep any control.
