The people who worked in the office at Village Park of Rochester Hills were completely rude. Also if you want Read More to get something fixed inside of your apartment, good luck, because they take their time getting to the apartment. So if you ever get what you need fix it takes forever and it also it will most likely break again! I would never recommend this place too anyone!!

Things with maintenance were rough at first, but a new manager was brought in and she really turned things aro Read Moreund and made a lot of positive improvements in the community.

The recreation they provide is excellent (pool, clubhouse, racquetball, billiards), but my apartment was terri Read Moreble. The place was drafty and so my pipes froze twice; I had carpenter ants falling from the downstairs bathroom fan (they sent out an exterminator, but no luck); there were more than a normal amount of bugs on the bottom floor level; appliances were old including the air conditioning unit; we had smokers all around us so we could never have our windows open; and rent was too high.
