I was initially impressed upon the cleanliness if my apartment. However what I have learned is that the noise Read Morelevel coming from the unit above me and on the side is high. Noise of all kinds. Even hearing what should be private conversations and a barking dog. I feel as if your Maintainence staff here is slow and they do not fully complete the requested work orders. Office does not answer the phone or reply. You have to walk over there. Carpet should have replaced here. Pet scent has returned.

Over the years the complex has gone down. The property is not being kept up but the rent is constantly going u Read Morep. The windows are terrible so bees and flies are constantly getting into my unit. The ventilation is very bad...in the winter the second bedroom doesn't get much heat and in the summer the second bedroom doesn't get much air conditioning. Walls art very thin so you can hear everything in the units next door or above in penthouses. The
