It was a poor value for the money. Lots of square footage but older than most apartments and more expensive.

      Security is extremely poor. I was robbed at gun point in front of my apartment, my neighbors have had their ca Read Morers vandalized, I don't feel safe at all. It is too dark, there are too many places for criminals to hide and there is no security. There should be security roaming the premises in the evenings! If this does not change I will move and I will not recommend this property to anyone!

      Management is none existing. I had a hole in my roof and had to stop paying the rent just to get them to come Read More and look at it. When water from the same leak caused a second hole in my ceiling, I decided to move rather than fight for repairs a second time. I sent a letter to management first to see if I cold be moved to a different unit. I did not receive a response. So I wrote a second letter telling them I would move on my own. They took me to court because my lease was not up.
