The Sapphire!

      My husband and I have lived here for 6 years and we have truly enjoyed our time here. We have seen management Read Morechanges and it has been for the better. They have made numerous improvements and we have been very pleased with the outcomes. The office staff is very friendly, efficient and quick to respond to inquiries. The maintenance staff responds in a timely manner and knowledgeable. We have recommended this place to few of our friends and they have enjoyed their stay here as well this far. This apartment complex is great if you want quick access to all the major highways.

          This property has went down dramatically since the new company took over from North Park Tower. Understand New Read More Management always has a new vision for property but the transition has been the worst. Renovations are happening very slowly with Promises of a great new residence. Maintenance was handled just as poorly while lived in the property. Things got so bad that I decided that it was time for me to move when became renewal time for my lease. Finally I was free from this place the only thing that was left for them to do was refund me my security deposit. Even that process has been prolong for over 2 months AND STILL NO DEPOSIT RETURNED! Management confirmed that I was do a deposit but corporate is responsible for sending it out which they have not done.

          The building exterior needs some major work done to it. The apartments need to be upgraded and the hallways n Read Moreeed some major work. The entire building needs renovating. This building use to very nice. The apartments are spacious but outdated.

          Dogs were allowed in primesses. I'm not a dog lover especially after bringing assured that dog owners were res Read Moreponsible for cleaning up after there dogs. Dogs were allowed to urinate on the elevators the common halls the balconies. Owners would wash down urin and dog fleeces from their balcony which landed wherever. GROSS! Just nasty! Walls were thin you can here everything going on in an apartment every conversation. Poorly managed and constructed. I hated living there!

            The Leasing and Maintenace Staff are very professional and extremly courteous and helpful. The building has a Read Morerestaurant; convenience store; pharmacy; beauty shop; full hair salon and a barber shop.
