The apartment is falling apart. It wasn't ready for us to move in and repairs that should have been done still Read More aren't done. These building are infested with mold and they come out and wipe the wall and spray bleach on it but the problem is still in the wall you can smell it. When the garbage disposal was broke and the kitchen sink wouldn't drain they told me it would be 4 days because this wasn't considered a emergency. Management doesn't know what they are doing. water bill is a rip off

The office staff is fantastic. The current property manager is making a lot improvements to community: buildin Read Moreg exterior, landscaping, and maintenance staff. I am in my second year with Village Green of Southgate West, and I have considered moving to be closer to my job in Highland Park, but the amenities and features of my apartment cannot be matched with the same security, quality, and expectations as Village Green of Southgate West.

The community needs a lot of work done. Painting, window treatments etc. Also the maintanance staff is not gre Read Moreat. I will call in a issue and it will take days for them to fix it.
