Walls are quite thin and you can hear every move the neighbors make in the older units. Paint inside is just c Read Moreaked over everything including vents and door hinges, as if they paint it all after a tenant moves out and its not very clean. I had paint all over my restroom window . It is odd that the restroom is upstairs with the three bedrooms as well.

When things broke, as they often did; it got fixed very slowly. I did not rally enjoy living there and moved o Read Moreut as soon as lease was up. I was also charge for new carpet when I moved out and the carpet was stained when I moved in. I did pay it because I should have taken pictures to prove my case. I was not exactly pleased with the overall professionalism of the management either.

older units need a lot of work done to them, windows need to replaced glass dose not fit right or to old an Read Mored falling out of frame. AC units not big enough foe the home, bath rooms need up dating, for the money it cost to live there,
