Entrance doors, storage room doors, and laundry room doors are too tight and slam whenever they are passed thr Read Moreough. Residents are very disrespectful; gather in the hallways, sit in the parking lot with lights shining in the apartments for long periods of time, gather outside and in basement rooms drinking and being very loud. The parking is crazy. I own one vehicle and have a difficult time getting a spot near my apartment while other vehicles sit in prime spots for weeks on end without moving.

Thin walls, Too much traffic on a very skinny street. More people living in the unit than allowed. I know that Read More because the amount of cars are parked every night and no one cares.

This was the first time I ever lived in an apt. There was no assigned parking. No private entrance to my apt. Read More so I had to walk over kids on the stairway up to my apt. daily. Also kids cursing, loitering and littering on weekends and all summer. Too many unsupervised kids. However I loved the apt. itself. Very large and I had no maintenance problems. The office personnel were always very nice and helpful. This apt. made me aware of what to look for in my next apt.
