The app. Manager, XXXX, was great. She was the first person we talked too and was totally impressed with a re Read Moresort. She was very personal and made us feel at home at once.

Location is great. Value for the money is good. Everything else is average. Maybe if I had better neighbors I Read Morewould feel differently but everyone who has resided in the neighboring units in the three years that my family has lived here have been terrible. Looking forward to moving out this summer when my lease is up.

Management is very friendly, neighbors are nice and quiet, and rent is decent. I don't like that many resident Read Mores pay different amounts for rent. My neighbor pays 50$ less a month than me for the same apartment. Our grounds could have more flowers and grass cut more often during summer.

The apartment needed to be updated, the carpet was suppose to be replaced before I moved in and was not. I end Read Moreed up getting nice in my apartment and my dad and I had to take care of them because the sticky traps the maintence guy placed were not good enough.
