Parking is a major problem.Residents and guests regularly park in handicap spaces w/o permits, as well as in a Read Morereas near doors clearly marked "No Parking", and nothing seems to happen.I have also found others parked in the reserved carport which I pay for.Garbage is strewn around inside and out by some tenants. The building is also noticeably worn, window frames sagging, porch steps are "bouncy" or sagging, paint in hallway is dingy and has not been repainted in my stay.Rent just went up!
