Over priced, rent goes up the longer you stay. Maintainence takes a long time to fix anything broken and when Read Moreyou ask to speak to the property manager so they always state she is in a meeting and she will get with you when she can after you leave a message for her.

Apartments could be better maintained. You can feel any slight breeze through the closed Windows. It could tak Read Moree a couple months for them to fix anything within your apartment. My tub was broke and it took three months and several calls on my behalf to finally get it fixed. Over priced for what you get and the quality.
