Tivoli Apartments are located in Walled Lake, Michigan, on the south side of West West Maple, between Benstein and Ladd Roads.

These units are available in one bedroom apartment and two bedroom townhouse models ranging from 850 to 1,075 square feet living space. They feature air conditioning, window treatments, yard, garden space, fully equipped kitchens, a swimming pool, and balconies and patios with some units. City water/sewer included, 5 minutes from the beach and Walled Lake access and we offer 24-hour on-site emergency maintenance. Close to I-275, I-96, M-5 and I-696.

Terms

12 month leases with a security deposit equal to 1-1 1/2 months rent depending on credit. Short-term leases available (specials do not apply). Pet Policy: Dogs(under 25lbs), cats, birds and fish (tank must be less than 40 gallons) are permitted. Call for restrictions and details. Must sign pet agreement.

I enjoy all the space of their townhouse. In about a year and a half I've had 5 different maintenance guys and Read More about 4 different ladies in the office. It would be nice if they had more consistency with management and maintenance. The maintenance is not very good!

Apartment was unfit for occupancy when I moved in. It was dirty and smelled like a kennel. However, I was told Read More that this was the only available apartment. Landlord did not want to reimburse for expenditures to make it move in ready (i.e. a second carpet clean, de-fleeing, etc.) I had already given notice so I moved in an absorbed the cost and labor.

The duration of my lease with Tivoli was 3 years; initially any and all repair/service requests were handled p Read Moreromptly usually within 3-4 days, at the most. However, after aprox. 1and 1/2 years new management took over with all new staff; and in this case "new" did not mean better or improved. Repeated requests for Major repairs were never addressed, let alone completed. Certified letters to the corporate office stating these multiple complaints for repairs were never responded to.

I had liked Tivoli when I'd first moved in and then Kingsley Assoc. took over. Medium to large dogs were allow Read Moreed in the complex and then, after new management, so many people had lost their homes; they'd had larger dogs or more than one and were not allowed to re-sign their lease when it expired. But you can have 20+ cats. Most people were told they'd have to find a new home on very short notice. The apartment manger and has no respect for others and spent her time gossiping with nosey residents
