There were several hidden flaws with the apartment. There was a hole above the kitchen cabinets that we could Read Morenot notice until we climbed on top of a chair to store things. There was water damage underneath the kitchen sink that was hidden by a thin piece of ply wood that collapsed once we put cleaning materials on it. Cold air constantly seeped through the balcony door and through all the windows. The apartment was not worth the money we paid.

They have bed bugs n the apartments are old and needs to be remodeled. My apartment smells old and like sewer. Read More They need major outside plumbing done.

The first week I had an issue with my mailbox key. The second week I had an issue with neighbors in the pool m Read Moreaking noise at 1:00a.m. After that I had issues with my neighbors underneath me every other day until I moved with noise. My experience at Warren Club Apts. Was the most horrific experience that I ever had. I couldn't wait for my lease to expire in April 2013. I am no longer living at Warren Club Apts.
