Overall my apartment is nice and up to date (mostly). Major maintenance issues were addressed however I've had Read More to make multiple requests for some other issues.

Love the apartment layout, fair amount for rent, workers are good workers, grounds are nice. Older complex bu Read Moret updating. Affordable on an retirement salary. Love walking the dog.

Nice quiet community. Maintenance is usually timely- only had a couple of issues that took a while to address Read Morebut were not urgent matters. Select office staff could benefit from customer service training but most are professional and courteous. I just don't like having to contact the main/corporate office for certain complaints via "snail mail" instead of being able to have the complex office relay the information or being able to email or call the corporate office.

plus-washer/dryer/dishwasher,masterbedroom/half bath lrg,2nd to small. it is hard to keep heated in winter bec Read Moreause the windows are old and no insulation. rent reasonable first-2 yr third yr jumps up almost $150, friends that i made moved because of the same reason. getting deposite back they make up fees. i am a clean freak and they charged me $65 for carpet /that looked new & was cleaned i left apt cleaner than when i moved in,good for 2yr stay,but look for new place yr 3
