Chimney Hill provides a professional and more importantly, friendly staff. They are willing, able and helpful. Read More I would give an excellent rating but for the square footage vs price.

Can hear the neighbors sometimes, have had most of the appliances replaced (were just old) not sure how long a Read Morepartment was unoccupied before we moved in and utilities can be high in the summer time.

I lived at Chimney Hill for 3 years. This was a great place to live. The grounds were always well kept. The ma Read Moreintenance staff was very responsive to any requests/problems (only minor things). The property I rented was in great shape and suited my needs perfectly. If I was still renting in this area I would go back here in a heart beat!
