I had issues with the Air conditioning unit with more than 10 calls to the maintenance staff and complex Manag Read Moreer on the same issue. They do not replace the Air conditioning units with a new one and use re-conditioned units instead. Problem is, this is a very old Apartment community and during off shift hours in the summer time, it is not considered an emergency call that maintenance can respond to till the temperature exceeds 100 degrees. This is aPpoor & Antiquated way to conduct business
