I don't think it's fair to the residents when your rent is late and they add fees not included in your lease w Read Morehen you sign. If they are included in the lease a person has a heads up if they are willing and knowingly going to have to pay these fees. The sign should not be taped on the window to the rental office or given to you in notices once you are late with your rent.
