I lived at Venoy Pines for 2 years. The office/maintenance staff were great. Overall it was a positive experie Read Morence but here are the negatives. The shower would change to MOLTEN LAVA at ANY second and did quite often, every time I showered. My kids could only take baths. Rent increases were very high. I got into these apartments at a pretty good rate. After the first year the jump in rent was surprising. After year 2 the rate increase was yet again surprising so we moved out.

Loud neighbors upstairs, no updated, manager is rude and makes up lies about you, no drinks allowed at the poo Read Morel, not even a water bottle.
