The manager was a sweet talker but there was little follow through. Maintainence would walk into my apartment Read Moreduring the day, whenever they wanted. I worked nightshift and I was sleeping which was kind of creepy to wake up to a stranger there.My heat broke and they wouldn't come fix it until it was 60 degrees in there and it was 61 degrees when I called. I didn't get my deposit back because I left a couple of nails in the walls, but the apt was spotless. They didn't even need to clean the carpet

By far my favorite Apartment. The size of the unit for the cost is more than worth it, and the residents are a Read Morell super friendly! Great location and wonderful for Kids!

we moved out they were going to return our rent for the month prorated, as they said they were renting the apa Read Morertment the day we moved out. they never returned one peny of it( terrible especially after they rented quickly.

The manager is not a capable manager. Makes promises of improvement with the property that are never seen. Arg Read Moreues with residents when they pose questions that hold him to a standard, and when rent increases come and you question it he states that "it's just good business". The maintenance staff is very limited comprising of one person who works three days a week who has no training in his field and highly unqualified for the position, and there is no preventative maintenance done to slow decay.
