      What a mistake moving in here. I should have looked for somewhere that was not managed by Edward Rose & Sons. Read MoreThey don't really cater to anyone except the young & single that don't care about anyone except them selves. Older people that like quiet and expect things to be a certain way , forget it. I realize they have to abide with fair housing laws, but they could pay better attention to where they place people. And if you call and complain, then you go on their list of complainers.

These laws are in place to ensure that everyone is treated fairly, meaning it is against the law to steer individuals to certain buildings based on their familial status or age.
