Parking lot and drive could be cleaner and updated. Apartments are very cute but aging. Shifting is happening Read Moreand walls can be buldging in areas and moldings popping out easily. Heating system could be updated. Gutters and buildings on outside need some work and TLC. Having assigned parking may be helpful to those who do not have much parking available to them. Such as the east side of blg 5.
