Lack of communication between office staff and maintenance. Unable to answer questions about timing of fixes. Read MoreOur door bell/buzzer has been broken for at least 4 months and no time given of when it will be fixed.

I gave the hamptons an average only because of the location. The apartment is dated and I know they are now up Read Moredating them but it doesn't help me any. Also the maintenance staff doesn't do much. I have had many issues with the complex and its maintenance staff due to broke air and bathroom issues that were ongoing. After 10 maintenance requests for the toilet they finally pulled it out and indeed something was wrong, a tree and its roots were growing up the line.

The amenities and modernization of the apartments need to drastically increase for the price that's asked for Read Moreapartments. For 1200.00 a month I could have my own house, not have a kitchen that looks like it was built in the 70's. I alsounderstand Maintenance is busy, but when you tell someone you'll be back tomorrow and I don't see you for over a month after that when a job isn't completed, it becomes frustrating time after time.

I love my apartment and the community and staff but I really truly think management should revise the idea of Read Moreallowing large dogs to occupy the apartment homes! It's hard to rest after a long day of work or early in the morning when you hear a large dog braking for several hours.
