It is very clean and tidy and the management are incredibly friendly and helpful. The price (which has just g Read Moreone up) is high and I would say that the average age is about 60 - but this makes it a quiet and friendly place to live. And there are many community events to cater for that age range. Unfortunately it is near a railway crossing, which creates a lot of noise and has woken me up multiple times in the middle of the night!

Nice new apartments. Still being broke in. Management is still figure things out. I found them over priced. Th Read Moreey are nice and secure, but, with cheap paint, cabinets, and appliances. They could be cheaper.

We used the legacy apt's as a bridge home for a year after selling our house, and then moved into a town house Read More. It was fine for that purpose as far as apartments go, but we have owned our own house's for around 58 years, and are not usually apartment dwellers.
