Prices are based on one-year lease. Short-term and month-to-month leases are available. Cats (no kittens) and small dogs (20# limit) welcome. Maximum 2 pets per apartment (1 dog, 1 dog & 1 cat, or 2 cats). Cats must be declawed and all pets must be spayed/neutered; $150 deposit plus $100 non-refundable pet fee per pet.
