My two complaints is that the apartment seems to be less energy efficient as my last, and with the electric wa Read Moreter heater - my electric bills are much higher than before. Also, having an apartment facing the front entry way, there is a constant smell of smoke and occasionally people talking loudly outside when trying to sleep with the windows open (more of a summer concern)

The people here are nice and when you need help, they are always there to assist. The only complain may be the Read More rate at which they increase the rent yearly. I understand there has to be an increment but the margin is too high.

The apartment itself was great - I loved the location. The onsight management was very helpful, kind and resp Read Moreonsive, as was the maintenance staff. The pool area and workout facilities were well-kept, garage well-lit and hallways/common areas were cleaned on a regular basis. I appreciated the existence of an entertainment area that was available for parties, etc. Most importantly, I felt safe living there and felt the other residents were respectful and felt good about our apartment complex.
