It was very dirty, there was a mice problem, we were overcharged for water usage (manager notified us we paid Read Morea portion of the entire complex's usage and not ONLY for our usage), and most of all management was terrible! The building became very run down and there was a lot of disturbances throughout our entire year living there. We did NOT stay there after our 1 year lease. Also, there was NO parking available. My roommate worked late and whenever he would get home, there was no where to park!

The apartment units are nice, and the people in the front office are also quite nice. However, the building i Read Mores not well maintained at all. There are several areas that need to be fixed and have not been touched in months. When putting in maintenance requests for my own apartment, my roommate and I both have to call about the problem several times before maintenance personnel is sent. If and when maintenance finally does arrive, they are rude and in-personable, and take their time to fix it.

The building was poorly kept up and not very clean. Our apartment ended up having bed bugs and resulted in ear Read Morely termination of the lease and a huge pain to get rid of.

I think that the staff is pretty friendly and does a good job. I do think that some of the recreational areas Read Morecould be taken care of better, such as the tennis court and the fitness room. Most of the problems that I have had with Village Park is not because of anything they have or have not done per se, but its their responses to certain issues that leaves room for improvement. Also some of the things amenities in the apartments could stand to be updated.
