The office stand were rude everytime I called or came into the office for an issue.I have multiple complaints Read Moreabout noise and damage to property that constantly were ignored. I declined to renew my lease at my 1 yr anniversary because after constantly renting the same apartment and garage every month I come home 2 my garage ring occupied by someone else and when I made them aware of there mistake their was nothing done to accommodate my frustration but moved me further from my building.ETC

Buildings have mice. there is never hot water and if you call the office you are lucky if someone picks up the Read More phone. This is the worst place to live not worth $790.

Autumn Ridge apt, have very poor management service towards their tenants. For example, when I first moved the Read Morere in 2009, my oven wasn't working. I went to the office, and told them, it took them three months to replace it. And they always tow their tenants cars because they have a contract with the towing company and get a percentage of what the company makes. Also their apartments are very outdated, in the winner time all these blocks of ice come through your Windows and mold. Plus they are ru

They never actually fix anything. My apartment got infested with bed bugs and they refused to treat the entir Read Moree building which is what they are required to do. When we moved out we were never sent a bill saying what we would owe after our deposit was taken off. They send everything straight to collections. They dont bother to try and get ahold of you to do a move out walk through they just do it and then bill you later on. They have untrained management on staff and really dont answer calls.
