carpet could be replaced not too clean . I like the regent apartments because it's very quiet and suitable for Read More working people. I don't like that we don't have vistor parking . Vistor must park on the street . Their's no where for vistors to park if they want to stay overnight.

it was a miserable year at the Regent apartments. the apartment were full of ants when we came in , the office Read More told us they had a company scheduled to come to clean out the ants. company came and the ants were still there. we couldn't get anywhere with managements in the rental office. The rental office staff were extremely unprofessional.

We take any type of pest control issue very serious and as soon as a resident reports an incident we schedule a pest control company to treat their apartment. We also take preventative measures to ensure that the problem does not persist by treating surrounding apartments, if a resident continues to have an issue they are required to report it to the rental office and we make any and all efforts to satisfy the resident. The cleanliness of the resident does play a factor in these issues as well.
When I came I was told they would replace a few doors, which they did not. Also there are some rude, unfriendl Read Morey employees (property manager) in the rental office.

We have a very professional and friendly atmosphere in our rental office here at The Regent. The manager and myself, leasing consultant, treat everyone equally and when there are residents that are not able to circumvent the rules/regulations at our property they can become disgruntled. Much like any rental property we strive to make our residents happy and do anything within our power under the company policies to help our residents with any issue they may have.
