The apartment was a decent size and clean enough; the grounds could have been better maintained. While we didn Read More't have pest issues, we did have a water leakage problem at one point and the management was not inclined to treat it as an emergency even though there was a significant amount of water in the master bedroom. Maintenance was more helpful, but they were understaffed. (*Also note - management changed hands twice during our residency there, and the last manager was by far the best.)

poor up keep, is the main issue- mold through out some apartments, i have heard that they wont give you your d Read Moreamage deposit back and that you have to fight with them. planning on moving after winter

Although the units were nice, they had water issues with leaking pipes which can cause many different issues. Read MoreDeposits are almost never given back even when landlord agrees verbally to your face as you go through inspection before leaving. There are many reports of things being stolen from new residents cars/u hauls as they are unloading their property.

It's an old building, so some things are aging...but the things that don't work are replaced in a quick manner Read More, and improvements are being made throughout. The playground area is also very large and nice for the kids.
