Applicant must show one to two (1-2) year of rental history that is verifiable and at least one (1) stable year of job history and meet minimum income requirements.
1 bedrooms hold a maximum of 2 people per unit, 2 bedrooms hold a maximum of 4 people per unit, 2+Den's hold a maximum of 4 people per unit. (No matter what age.)
